Limstensgruvorna

By liveitshareit on 2013.07.02 In Trips

This time I got to the limstensgruvorna. They are remnants from when they used to broke lime at the end of the 1800s. There are large cracks partially filled with water that does well to shoot.
Neither the light or the time was perfect when I got there but I was eager to see how it looks and out and walk a little. Under the right circumstances, it will be possible to get great pictures so I will return there later in the fall when the colors are more suitable. It was thought that this post would have come much earlier but the film took time to get back, here comes som behind the scenes and the final result.

I will soon start making videos that explain a little more deeply how everything proceed and so on. It’s a bit difficult to write anything without it getting messy with all the technical terms. Currently, I am also planning an expedition to Rago National Park in late summer to get some pictures I have wanted to take for years. So i will start writing a series about the preperation and planing in near future. I have also noticed that it has become very much from Bergslagen and that type of landscape, so I will write about some other places and environments in the future, hope you enjoy.
